Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Arc (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Arc is operated by The Arc Studio (“Arc”, “we”, “us”).

2. The Service

Arc is a multi-tenant LinkedIn growth management platform that enables agencies and individuals to schedule, publish, and analyze content on LinkedIn profiles they are authorized to manage.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Arc. By using Arc, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. LinkedIn Connections and Authorization

When you connect a LinkedIn profile to Arc:

  • You represent that you are either the owner of that profile, or you have explicit written authorization from the owner to manage it.
  • You agree to comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Professional Community Policies in all content you publish via Arc.
  • You acknowledge that Arc publishes on LinkedIn only at your direction.
  • You can revoke Arc’s access at any time, either from within Arc or via LinkedIn’s settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Arc to:

  • Publish content that violates LinkedIn’s terms, including spam, misleading information, or unauthorized promotional content.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract LinkedIn data.
  • Automate LinkedIn actions that LinkedIn’s terms prohibit (e.g., automated connection requests, likes, or messages).
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to breach the Service’s security.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create in Arc. You grant Arc a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service (including publishing to LinkedIn at your direction).

8. Our Intellectual Property

Arc’s software, branding, and design are owned by The Arc Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service.

9. Subscription and Fees

If the Service is offered on a paid basis, fees and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

10. Service Availability

Arc is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Arc does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any specific result will be achieved through its use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 if no fees were paid.

13. Termination

You may stop using Arc and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, for security reasons, or if required by law. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services

Arc relies on third-party services including LinkedIn, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for actions, outages, or policy changes on the part of those third parties.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
